濕紡噴絲頭
濕法紡絲是將溶液法制得的紡絲熔液從噴絲頭的細孔中壓出呈細流狀，然后在凝固液中固化成絲。由于絲條凝固慢，所以濕法紡絲的紡絲速度較低，一般為50～100m/min，而噴絲板的孔數較熔體紡絲多，一般達4000～2000孔。
濕法紡絲的特點是工藝流程復雜，投資大、紡絲速度低，生產成本較高。一般在短纖維生產時，通常，不能用熔體法紡絲的成纖高聚物，才用濕法紡絲和生產短纖維和長絲束。腈綸、維綸、氯綸和粘膠多采用濕法紡絲。
Spinnerets for Wet Spinning
Process of wet spinning is used for polymers that need to be dissolved in a solvent to be spun. The spinneret is submerged in a chemical bath that causes the fiber to precipitate, and then solidify, as it emerges. The process gets its name from this "wet" bath. Acrylic, rayon, aramid, modacrylic, and spandex are produced via this process.[
A variant of wet spinning is dry jet-wet spinning, where the solution is extruded into air and drawn, and then submerged into a liquid bath. This method is used in Lyocell spinning of dissolved cellulose.
